The legal professional title “Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft” (auditing/accounting company) was granted in the Federal Republic of Germany.
The legal professional titles “Wirtschaftsprüfer” (Auditor) and “Steuerberater” (tax consultant) were granted to the head of ACT Audit GmbH in the Federal Republic of Germany.

Professional Liability Insurance:
Professional liability insurance is provided by the Versicherungsstelle Wiesbaden, Dotzheimer Str. 23, 65185 Wiesbaden, Germany. Insurance coverage applies to activities in the member countries of the European Union. As such, at a minimum it satisfies the requirements of the § 54 of the German Law Regulating the Profession of Auditors, (Wirtschaftsprüferordnung, WPO) in combination with the Auditor's Professional Liability Insurance Regulation (WPBHV). The geographical application of the insurance includes operations in the member states of the European Union and therefore complies, at least, with the specifications of article 54 of the German Auditors' Ordinance (WPO) in conjunction with the German ordinance on the professional liability insurance of auditors and sworn auditors (WPBHV).
